We owe an abundance of gratitude to Basma and her colleague, Rania, and we feel fortunate to have met them. Thanks to them, we now have our dream home in Tanger and two new family members.
We initially contacted Basma from the USA via WhatsApp about a year before meeting in person. Although we were strangers inquiring from a foreign country, she was cordial and professionally answered our questions patiently over time until we felt confident in our purchase decision and ready to make a buying trip. Based on an initial in-country interview, Basma and Rania quickly identified ideal property candidates and dedicated uninterrupted time for property tours. During the tours, they provided valuable information about the real estate market, pricing, construction, culture, the city, and the economy to assist our decision-making process.
After selecting a candidate property, Basma dedicated significant time and effort to educating and assisting us with the purchasing process for non-Moroccan foreigners while coordinating with the builder’s sales team. We faced numerous self-inflicted and external hurdles, but Basma was there every step of the way to salvage the deal and ensure progress.
Basma’s dedication, generous character, and kindheartedness became truly evident after we completed our purchase. Unlike most realtors who simply shake hands and wish you well after closing a deal, Basma recognized that we were vulnerable, didn’t speak the language, and were unfamiliar with the next steps. She devoted countless hours over many days and late evenings to ensure we completed all necessary tasks and settled comfortably into our new apartment.
